The new metadata for 1.32 means that the URI on metacpan ( https://metacpan.org/release/Archive-Zip ) for the release, the "bugs" link goes straight to the "report a bug" page ( this page here ), which is not what people expect that link to do.
There's no link back to the bug overview page from the report bug page, which means somebody who wants to check previous bugs to avoid a duplicate, have to do extra work to do so.
