A working example would be nice, yes! Sorry about that - I'll push an update with a fix for that. Tickit::DSL might be a better option for new code - currently it doesn't support reading from JSON/XML but that's a planned feature, once that's in place Tickit::Builder will become a thin wrapper over that module instead. thanks, Tom
