Subject: No report when Perl version is the problem
Hello Jos, I'd like a quite simple feature: that CPANPLUS does not even ask to send a report (like shown below) when the version of Perl is the factor that prevented a module to be tested/installed, similar to when it's a platform or a core dependancy problem. Thanks in advance ----- Running [/usr/bin/perl5.8.1 Makefile.PL ]... Perl v5.8.3 required--this is only v5.8.1, stopped at Makefile.PL line 1. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at Makefile.PL line 1. [ERROR] Could not run '/usr/bin/perl5.8.1 Makefile.PL': Perl v5.8.3 required--this is only v5.8.1, stopped at Makefile.PL line 1. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at Makefile.PL line 1. -- cannot continue [MSG] Fetching: 'http://testers.cpan.org/show/Template-Plugin-Translit-RU.yaml' Test report prepared for module 'Template::Plugin::Translit::RU' . Would you like to send it? (You can edit it if you like) Would you like to send the test report? [y/N]:
