When I call make_restricted_request('http://foo.bar/baz?bak=quux', GET),
the embedded query (?bak=quux) is not preserved. This is due to the
'extra_params' parameter to the constructor for
Net::OAuth::ProtectedResourceRequest getting clobbered in _make_request.
Patch attached.
Short explanation of the patch: I merge the query extracted by
URI->query_form into any other extra parameters passed and pass the merged
hash into the request constructor.
