Subject: POD links don't work as intended
If I click on one of the links in the "DEPENDENCIES" section, I don't get directed to those modules, I get directed to an anchor of that name in the current doc (which doesn't exist). I think you need to remove the quotes from inside the L<...> tags (I just looked at the Moose docs as an example.)
