Subject: No references to prior art
There is no SEE ALSO section in pod referencing the other, already existing, implementations of this check - and there are two! - Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::NoEOL, and Dist::Zilla::Plugin::EOLTests. What makes this plugin better than those?

Well, since it makes the generated script use Test::TrailingSpace, then it can potentially match any file based on a regular expression, not only the limited filenames that Test::EOL checks. Currently this funtionality is not exposed, but I’d like to add it. Regards, -- Shlomi Fish
