Subject: Fails to work on dists using Dist::Zilla::Plugin::MakeMaker::Fallback
It makes t/00-check-deps.t check for all prereqs including Module::Build::Tiny, which was not installed being part of unreadable configure_requires. The setup basically voids the effort of Dist::Zilla::Plugin::MakeMaker::Fallback. I will file bugs in the affected dists affecting me and link to this ticket. Cheers!
