Subject: Changes file conforming to CPAN::Changes::Spec
Hi, Attached is an inital Changes file for your dist, which conforms to CPAN::Changes::Spec. Obviously I don't know what changes you made in the 0.2 release, so you'll need to add a bullet or two for that :-) I noticed this is your first CPAN dist -- welcome to CPAN! Following CPAN::Changes::Spec means that various tools can more easily process your distribution automatically.
