Also right.
The Changes file in previous releases was a very lazy dump of the git
commit log. I felt bad about that and removed it when I began to write
a proper changelog.
Unfortunately (as I wrote in your other ticket) SQL::DB is no longer
being developed. I'll also leave this ticket open until I either fix
it or remove the distribution from CPAN.

p.s. I'm not sure if you were interested in SQL::DB (or if you are just
trying to get CPAN distributions cleaned up - a good thing) but
DBIx::ThinSQL is the replacement.
