Agree.

 

Though I'd personally prefer the former of the two suggested links.

Presently, it links to the "Create ticket" page, which is generally *NOT* what I want from an "issue" link.

 

That is to say, "Issues" conveys "there are 3 issues, see what they are, and then proceed to open a new one if your issue is not already present".

Whereas the current workflow makes it much harder to check for the existing issues due to directing users straight to the "report an issue" page.
