Subject: feature request: remember reports that have been sent, to avoid duplicates
Running cpanm-reporter twice in a row sends another report for dists that have already received a report. It would be nice to save a list of reports that have been sent, so they do not get sent twice (perhaps by saving the --build_dir path, and readlink-ing it if it is a symlink like 'latest-build')?

Thanks for the report! cpanm-repoter 0.13 now records submission history and skips all duplicates (unless you force it with --skip-history).
