Building libtest-aggregate-perl with verbose tests fails:
Test Summary Report

t/exception.t (Wstat: 512 Tests: 11 Failed: 2)
Failed tests: 5-6
Non-zero exit status: 2
Files=11, Tests=92, 8 wallclock secs ( 0.04 usr 0.02 sys + 0.72 cusr
0.09 csys = 0.87 CPU)
Result: FAIL
Failed 1/11 test programs. 2/92 subtests failed.
dh_auto_test: perl Build test --verbose 1 returned exit code 255
make: *** [build] Error 255
dpkg-buildpackage: error: debian/rules build gave error exit status 2
Perhaps this is due to the verbose setting contaminating the tested
environment, leading to output differences.
Full build log attached.
