Subject: invalid VERSION for PDL in Makefile.PL
There has never been a PDL-2.4 release.  Closest was PDL-2.4.0 which is
equivalent to PDL-2.004 and not PDL-2.4.  I believe all current PDL releases
are in the PDL-2.4.x or PDL-2.006+ series, setting the prerequisite version
to 0 would be simplest for now.
