Subject: cover -delete does not delete the cover_db directory.
[~/devel/CPAN/Test-Simple] cover -delete Deleting database /Users/schwern/devel/CPAN/Test-Simple/cover_db [~/devel/CPAN/Test-Simple] ls -d cover_db/ cover_db/ [~/devel/CPAN/Test-Simple] ls cover_db/ [~/devel/CPAN/Test-Simple] cover_db is empty but the directory is still there. It would be nice if it was gone with everything else to remove all trace of Devel::Cover having been run.
