Hi, without further information and seeing the positive results on cpantesters.org I think it's a misconfigured system. I'm willing to help figuring out what's wrong when you provide more information. Cheers

Hi, what kind of additional information helps you to diagnose the issue? Are you on IRC?
Can you try out the most recent repository checkout and approve? Seems the test doesn't according to the lastest XDG Base Directory Specification ;) Yes, I'm in IRC (irc.perl.org and freenode) as [Sno].
