Bug #88574 for Business-Hours: Request: Ability to set MAXTIME

Hi I came across the need to set MAXTIME when creating the Business::Hours object. This happened because the date calculated by the add_seconds function was over 30 days away, the function returned -1. I have fixed this by modifying the module code and increasing the 30 days value. Please could you consider adding the ability to set MAXTIME p rogrammatically.
