Several of the test scripts use Test::Exception, but the MMapDB distribution does not state that it depends on this module. Hence the tests fail if nothing else has installed it.
(Which can happen if the pre-reqs are built without *their* test only dependencies being installed)
Install Test::Exception manually and then all tests pass.
