Subject: Upgrade Crypt::DH::GMP dependency

There isn't anything beyond changing the Crypt::DH:::GMP version dependency (i.e., you didn't mess with the API, right)? (this is actually a Net-OpenID-Common issue, as it happens)

just released Net-OpenID-Common 1.18 which has the updated Crypt-DH-GMP dependence and Net-OpenID-Consumer 1.15 which requires Common 1.18
