| Subject: | Fails if Test::Pod::Coverage is installed under certain conditions |
As per subject. My smokers produced both PASS and FAIL reports with Test::Pod::Coverage installed. I't not yet clear to me what triggers the fails.

One way to get closer examination would be to make Test::Pod::Coverage a prerequisite, so we can compare all other influences. But another option is to make the coverage test an author test, so the cpantesters just will not trigger the fails at all. Your choice;)
