Subject: Updated Changes file to conform to CPAN::Changes::Spec
Hi Kevin, Attached is a version of your Changes file, with the formatting tweaked to match the format described in CPAN::Changes::Spec. This was mainly a matter of finding out the specific date of all releases from backpan, and putting those in. Following this format means that various tools can more easily process your distribution automatically. You can find out more about this at Brian Cassidy's CPAN::Changes Kwalitee Service (http://changes.cpanhq.org), which is where I saw your module listed :-) Cheers, Neil

I'll think about it, though my inclination would be that there'd be more merit in a parse that recognised reasonable formats rather than having authors change each dist. You might have seen Test::CheckChanges as an example of such a parse.
