Subject: Fails when Test::Pod::Coverage is installed and Data::Denter or any other serializer is not installed

Also in hindsight those tests really don't need to be run anywhere other than right before I do a release. I've just moved some of these non-critical (and clearly buggy) tests out of t/ into xt/ for a quick 0.60 release that should get things happy again. Thanks for the report.
