Hi Lincoln, There is a warning output with no condition here: Warning: something's wrong at /gbrowse/perl5/lib/perl5/Bio/Graphics/Glyph/wiggle_data.pm line 158. Probably best if this can be removed to save the server logs on GBrowse instances. Regards, Keiran
