I am unable to install the Brill Tagger. Is there something I am supposed to do specially for the install? Yes, have a look at the README file, which gives instructions on what needs to be done before you can install. -Ken

The readme says, in order to install this module, you must first install the Brill tagger. But I can find no set instructions on how to do this.
