I can install Ovid's new Sub::Signatures module with CPANPLUS 0.0499,
but 0.050_01 fails:
CPAN Terminal> i Sub::Signatures
[ERROR] 'Sub::Signatures' does not contain an author part
[ERROR] Can not find 'Sub::Signatures' in the module tree
No such module: Sub::Signatures
No modules found to operate on!
