Thanks for your bug report; I've made the fix so that the kwalitee tests are not run unless AUTHOR_TESTING or RELEASE_TESTING is 1. I also fixed the license problem found by the kwalitee tests. The fixes will be in the next release of MIME::Tools. Regards, David.
