Subject: Whitespace in preambles
Why does CPAN::Changes munge whitespace in the preamble? There's nothing in CPAN::Changes::Spec to suggest whitespace is considered insignificant. It makes my preambles look dumb on changes.cpanhq.org. I'll also point out that changes.cpanhq.org seems to have an HTML escaping issue. "<" is not escaped as "<". Both these issues can be seen here: http://changes.cpanhq.org/dist/Data-Dumper-GUI/0.005
The preamble white-space issue was fixed in version 0.21 -- however, the CCKS hasn't yet been updated to handle this new release. I've created a new GH issue for the html escaping: https://github.com/bricas/cpan-changes-web/issues/10 I hope to have that fixed shortly.
