Bug #87251 for Perl-Dist-Strawberry: Issue with CPAN after upgrade

Hi, I have a script which requires Net::UPnP I tried it on the old version I had on my PC and got a lot of errors. So I decided to install the latest version over the one I had. Everything seemed to work properly and I could start a CMD with Perl. I tried again and it failed, but this time with a message explaining how to install the module using CPAN + Module name. When I tried I received a lot of errors regarding bin/cpan. Of which one for line 6 about an include. I decided to remove all and reinstall, so I actually deleted the content of the strawberry folder and then launched the install again. It immediately offered to repair. After it finished the update no longer crashed...
