Subject: structured syntax suffix
<http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3023> <http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6839> Add an accessor for the structured syntax suffix defined in the RFCs. The documentation should make clear that a generic media processor should compare on the suffix and not on the subtype.
