Subject: What the heck is UCM?
The description of FB_DEFAULT talks about "UCM-based encodings". I have no idea what this is and the term is not mentioned anywhere else I could see. Is there somethings obvious I miss?

Documentation is fixed so "UCM-based encoding" is gone.
