As per subject. Downgrading to 0.34 makes tests pass albeit noisy. I cannot point to sample fail reports right now, sorry for that, but it should be not too much work to reproduce:
(1) install Package::Stash
(2) verify it is 0.35
(3) test Data::Handle
(4) verify it is 0.02001002
(5) watch that it fails
(6) install DOY/Package-Stash-0.34.tar.gz
(7) test Data::Handle again
