Subject: Invalid META
Hi there: The META.yml file in MIME-Charset-1.010 is invalid according to CPAN::META::Spec 2.0. Under the "provides" section, the "file" must be the relative path to the file that contains the package. So you just need to change "Charset.pm" to "lib/MIME/Charset.pm". This will allow tools like Pinto and MetaCPAN to index your distribution correctly. Thanks for providing this useful distribution.
