Subject: Croatia is a VAT member state
Hi, As of July 1st, 2013, Croatia is now a VAT member state and is collecting VAT and has VAT Numbers. Member State is HR and validation regex is '^HR\d{11}$' http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/faq.html#item_11 Please add Croatia to this package. Thanks, Chuck

Happy to say I've now taken over maintainership of the distribution (kind thanks to Bernard), and I've now released version 1.10 which knows about Croatia.
