Subject: Test::Output::Tie missing but docs say it should still be there
The documentation for Test::Output says: "Test::Output::Tie is deprecated, but included for backwards compatibility." However, it is not actually included in the 1.02 distribution.

I'll fix this in the next release. I've patched it in the repo.
