captcha is displaying incorrectly.
1. there is an extra row in the recaptcha_table at the bottom
2. the help button is incorrectly positioned too low
this all seems to result from not having the video challenge button appearing.
this is not specific to my site (http://americanremodelinginc.net/wordpress/?page_id=10).
