Makefile::GraphViz is nowadays almost impossible to install. See http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Makefile-GraphViz ; only a few test reports exist (usually there should be hundreds of reports), and there are no success reports for newer perls. Probably it's a problem in the dependencies:

Maybe it would be good to bug the authors of the dependencies or switch to other makefile parser modules?
