Building Chemistry-Reaction-0.02 on OS X 10.8 (apple-supplied perl-5.12.4) with Test::Pod version 1.48 installed from CPAN, I get a self-test failure:

# Failed test 'POD for 'lib/Chemistry/Reaction.pm''
# at t/pod.t line 14.
# lib/Chemistry/Reaction.pm (407): Non-ASCII character seen before =encoding in 'Rosselló,'. Assuming ISO8859-1
# Looks like you failed 1 test of 1.
Apparently newer Test::Pod are stricter about this syntax issue.
