Test failures, probably timezone related

The test suite fails on my machine with timezone setting Europe/Berlin. If I run the tests with TZ=America/Chicago, then everything works. Regards, Slaven

Thanks for the report, Slaven. A soon as I saw the CPANTESTERs report last night I realized what I had done. This was supposed to be a developer release, so I hadn't really given it much thought. Sorry for the trouble. I made a new (developer) release last night (0.03_1) that contains this fix. I plan to be moving this toward an actual release in the next few days. Thanks again, G.
