Subject: Support "bin" as an alternative to "script".
Pretty please?

@tobyink: if you use Dist::Zilla, this will be taken care of for you automatically :)
I have no interest in switching to Dist::Zilla in the near future. I do have an interest in moving to Module::Build::Tiny, but this is currently an impediment. (Albeit a minor one; I could theoretically just `hg mv bin script` I suppose.)

Actually, it doesn't. Module::Build::Tiny is hardcoded to 'script', as it will be build to blib/script, not (the also existent) blib/bin. The latter is intended for binary executables though that's quite uncommon. All in all I'm not convinced this feature is desirable. Leon
