Subject: error after enabling RepeatTicket on fresh install

I'm setting up my first RT install in a long time, and when I enable the repeat ticket plug-in, I get the following error: RT: no value sent for required parameter 'ARGSRef' (/usr/share/request-tracker4/lib/RT/Interface/Web/Handler.pm:210) additionally, the Create Ticket page fails to finish rendering; it fails with the "An internal RT error has occurred." message just after the end of the <div id="Ticket-Create-basics"> block. If I disable this plug-in, then everything works fine. Other plug-ins also seem to work fine. i've disabled all other plug-ins to make sure this isn't a conflict with any of them. I have no other customizations of any kind yet. Platform is Ubuntu 12.04 with Postgres 9.1

A few initial things: * Did you run the make initdb step during the install? * Is there anything in the RT logs? It's more helpful if you set your log level to 'debug'. * What version of RT? * Is this installed from a package?

I installed from RepeatTicket CPAN, and did not run make initdb, as I (incorrectly?) interpreted the cpan output as saying that it did it for me. Regardless, I ran it manually just now, and the symptoms persist. I set the logging to debug, but there was no change in output: just that single error in syslog. RT version is 4.0.4, and was installed from the Ubuntu repositories, which I see now is woefully out of date (disappointing, considering that 12.04 is supposed to be Ubuntu's LTS release). I'll work on getting on the most recent release this evening.

Any luck upgrading? A new version of the extension is available and I put a required version of RT 4.0.6 since it's known to work on that version.
