A user here has requested that with this extension in place, emails to
-comment@ addresses for resolved tickets should not cause a new ticket
to be created, but should add the comment to the (resolved) ticket as
per default RT behaviour. We fiddled with conditionals based on
is_comment but don't know the code well enough to see if that's the
right way to do it.
