Subject: fall back to <id>@cpan.org for gravatar
I noticed that some people don't have a valid email address in the PAUSE db (at least the public portion), so avatar_url was defaulting to the generic gravatar symbol. Patched in https://github.com/karenetheridge/acme-cpanauthors/tree/topic/default_gravatar using the same code that metacpan uses. One example that demonstrates this is id=KAARE.
