Subject: Minimum required version of Module::Build is 0.4004
As per subject. Due to the use of test_requires which was not supported before that version. For example is Test::Exception in test_requires and with older Module::Builds leads to fails, as in http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/31040847 Thanks && Regards,
