Hi,
Math-Geometry-Voronoi's "COPYRIGHT AND LICENSE" section contains the paragraph "As far as I can tell the underlying C code used here never had a license attached to it, or if it did I couldn't find any trace of it. If this worries you please contact Steve and Derek through the links above."
We (Debian) felt this should be sorted out, and I did contact Steve last year, who replied with an email (quoted at http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=689653#15) clarifying that his Voronoi package is under the MIT license.
So I suggest the above paragraph can be updated accordingly, and a copy of the MIT license along with the notice "Copyright (c) <1987> <Alcatel-Lucent, as successor to AT&T Bell Laboratories, Inc.>" added to the distribution.
