Questions in tests prevent cpantesters smoker from functioning correctly: they cannot test this module and smoker hangs.

PATH:
IMHO, whole distribution should not be built on Windows. See http://wiki.cpantesters.org/wiki/CPANAuthorNotes for how to do this.
