Generation of packet identifiers is wrong. If a number of packets > 255, they receive identifiers 255, 256 and so on. But RADIUS packet has only 1-byte identifier field. So all packets with identifier > 255 return with identifier 0,1... and raise error "Unexpected responce to request"
