I am using RT 4.0.12 in ubuntu 12.04 and Activity report extension 1.03 Problem 1: It is not showing the correct statistic, ex: I only have 1 new ticket but the activity report say 5 tickets. Etc. The reports are for a certain time frame (between two dates) and so over those two dates you must have had 5 new tickets. Show quoted text

The copy and pasted logs you sent don't contain the actual error messages and instead just has the stacktraces. Please include the full logs, otherwise we can't help.

Can't locate Time/Duration.pm in @INC This implies you didn't install the dependencies of the ActivityReports plugin when you installed it. You need to install Time::Duration from CPAN. Show quoted text

Ah. How did you "clean" the test ticket data? I suspect you did it incorrectly, as RT's database is complicated and not meant to be mangled by hand by someone unfamiliar with it.

Ah. How did you "clean" the test ticket data? I suspect you did it incorrectly, as RT's database is complicated and not meant to be mangled by hand by someone unfamiliar with it.

The Shredder tool for RT is the only safe way to do so. You should run rt-validator to see what errors come up and have it fix those if it can. For further support, please use the rt-users community mailing list. This bug tracker is not appropriate for general purpose RT questions.
