Hi,
the LICENSE file specifies that license is LGPL, though in README we see a Perl license:
COPYRIGHT AND LICENCE
Copyright (C) 2010 The Genome Center at Washington University
This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it
under the same terms as Perl itself.
could you please set (and say) which license is the correct one (or is it a dual one?).
