Please don't use ExtUtils::AutoInstall automatically, only when asked.
It is very inconvenient when run under CPAN or CPANPLUS shells. It also
means that dependencies are not listed in META.yml, it is better remove
META.yml than generate broken one.
Also is very inconvenient for cpantesters.
