Your documentation for the module has a table stating the performance of the module. Among others it is compared to XML::Bare ( full disclosure: I wrote XML::Bare ). Could you please provide the script you used to generate these numbers either in the distribution, or somewhere else and provide a link to it? Also, could you please provide the XML document you ran it against? You already include a number of xml documents in /t/reports/. You could, perhaps, run it against one of those since they are already provided in the distribution.
Also, could you please identify what platform the speed comparison was done on and any unique characteristics of the hardware ( eg: server, shared server, virtual machine, etc )
