Subject: Devel::InnerPackage should be a dependency
Devel::InnerPackage is used by Catalyst, but is not declared as a dependency. This is a problem for perls before 5.8.9 and after 5.17.x (it is currently being deprecated as a core module). t/unit_utils_load_class.t fails on 5.17.11 due to this. -- Alexandr Ciornii, http://chorny.net

We depend on Module::Pluggable already - and M::P::O is part of that dist. Is there a specific need to depend on M::P::O (other than paranoia to continue to work correctly if it were to get split out into it's own dist)?
